Chris Socha is a sales and management speaker for training events in the Connecticut market.

Chris’ commitment to his clients is demonstrated in his work with salespeople, managers and business owners who seek to increase their business through effective sales development.

Prior to joining TEM, Chris began his career in management by operating multiple businesses in the hospitality industry. He brought that experience to TEM and has a real passion for working with business owners and managers, in addition to salespeople.

Chris is a Certified Trainer in STAR (Sales Talent Acquisition Routine), the sales development industries’ leading recruiting system.

In addition to working with many corporations and individuals, Chris has presented at the Connecticut Business Expo as well as programs for:

  • The Society for Marketing Professionals (SMPS)
  • The Connecticut Tooling and Machining Associations (CTMA)
  • The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)

Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Channel 3 Kids Camp in Andover, CT and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Advertising Club in Marlborough, CT.

He holds a degree in Business Management from Framingham State College.
