This is a full day program. The morning will focus on Sandler’s approach to Goal Setting – identifying dreams, converting them to goals and putting a tracking system in place to achieve higher goals in shorter periods of time. The afternoon is an activity-based session that gives participants the opportunity to create a collage that illustrates the dreams and goals they identify in the Dream Book portion. We encourage bringing family members over the age of 13 to include them in your next year’s goals. Please also bring along any magazines with pictures of things you want to have and places you want to go next year. Lunch will be served.
